The 75 Hard Challenge is a mental toughness program designed for personal growth. It involves daily tasks, including two workouts, drinking a gallon of water, reading, following a diet, and taking a progress photo.
I created 75Hard. as a personal side project to help me stay accountable and track five key habits that I’m committed to following consistently for the next 75 days.
Inspired by a classmate known for her exceptional note-taking, I joked about creating a platform where students could access her notes and even donate by buying her a coffee.
As I started building the project, more ideas surfaced, and I realized the potential to expand. Instead of limiting it to just one person, why not have the whole school able to contribute by sharing their own notes?
